Final Game this Saturday

After the slow start to the season, I can't believe the final game is upon us. We will play this Saturday at 11:30 @ Ft Mitchell.

We have had an outstanding season and all of the girls seem to get better every week. I really appreciate the hard work they have put in at practice and the effort they give during games.

An end of season party is being planned as well. Will update as soon as we finalize.

Rain out information

Just in case, here is the rain out number for Mills Road as well as directions. We are scheduled for a 6:00 PM start. I will check as often as I can and will post an update if needed.

Mills #3 -- Rain Out Number (859) 392-0199

I-275 to RT 16 (Taylor Mill exit). Go south approximately six (6) miles. Turn left on Mills Road. Field is about ½ mile on right. (If you go past the "IN & OUT" Market on Rt 16 you have gone too far. Turn around and take the first street on right.

UPDATE

I called the Villa Hills/Crescent Springs hotline and the update was left at 7:30 this morning. The fields are currently open and whether games are played is being left up to the referees as a game time decision.

So, at this time we are still on.

Update

First, I thought the girls played a great game tonight. We still need to work on attacking the ball, but we are doing well (and I hope they are having fun).

Second, I just received confirmation that we will play Friday, May 20th at Ft Mitchell park.

Scheduling notes

Reminder that we have a game this Wednesday, May 11th, 6:45 at Ft Mitchell. I believe the Carothers are bringing snacks.

We will practice Thursday, but with my new job I am working until 5:00, so I may not be at the field until 5:45.

Game this Saturday, 11:30 at Crescent Springs. I know you have been holding snacks for a while, Kelly, can you bring them to this game?

We are tentatively scheduled to make up another rain-out on Friday May 20th at 6:30 at either Ft Mitchel or Children's Home. More details as we finalize refs.
