Practice Dates and Times

This season we will be practicing on Thursday evenings at Silverlake (click for map) from 6:30 to 7:30. We will be sharing the facility with the other U8 Girls team as well as the U8 Boys team. At this time the plan is to practice as a team for 30 minutes and then scrimmage one of the other teams for 30 minutes, as we believe the best learning experience is game situations. Our first practice will be Thursday, August 6th

In addition, the Erlanger/Elsmere Soccer Club has contracted with Jeff Cummings, Thomas More Soccer Coach, to hold practice sessions on Monday evenings from 5:45 to 6:45. This is tentatively scheduled to be held at Silverlake. The sessions will focus on technical development in accordance with Kentucky Youth Soccer Association guidelines. All U8 Boys and Girls teams will take part in these sessions, with the first scheduled for Monday, August 10th.

So, in summary, we will have two practices a week, Mon 5:45 to 6:45 at Silverlake and Thur 6:30 to 7:30 also at Silverlake. Please leave comments on any conflicts you will have with these dates.
